Site is in Windham County on Route 14A, Plainfield Pike, (0.5) miles east of Exit 88 and Interstate 395. State of CT is complete with upgrade of Route 14A. Improved 14A will likely accommodate 200 - 300 cars and trucks per day without significant modifications.
